HOW DO WE WORK IN THE OAZA?
All work is always the work of both, the advisor and the advised. It is my conviction that no one can help us if we do not work on ourselves. We are the ones who direct ourselves on the path to the doctor, the therapist, the practitioner, the counselor.
And all those, from the other side, who meet us, are just a medium for the amount of help that we are able to receive, understand, and recognise at that moment.
They are our guides on the way back to ourselves and our own strength, those who give us guidelines, encourage, point out possibilities, directions, and the rest of the work is up to us. Because the disease or problem is also ours.
A paradigm shift
From the established opinion that illness is a punishment due to our “sins” according to divine laws, or that we are not loved by fate – to the fact that it is a signal that we are on the wrong path and that we need to deal with ourselves in order to get rid of that illness, i.e. healed, relieved themselves.
What does that mean?
What we are not aware of, what is suppressed in us by ourselves, demands to be recognised, demands to be respected and lived in some way. When it is not a resolved way, then it appears as unresolved, in the form of diseases and problems.
And nothing is ever accidental! It is no coincidence that the right knee hurts, or is the liver, stomach or colon. It’s no coincidence that it’s now, or then, when it started.
The messages are clear if we are ready to receive them, interpret them and convert them to our advantage.
